Pumpkin carving with the boys....

At the end of last year I had introduced Wolf and Monkey to the American tradition of making a Gingerbread House for Christmas.  I duly baked the gingerbread, cut it out, glued it together and hours later presented them with a house, icing and candy decorations with which to decorate aforementioned house - this was the end result...........

 

So you can imagine that it was with some trepidation that I suggested pumpkin carving.  However I can honestly say it was a lot of fun.......

 

 



 

 

...... AND I think you will agree the end result was really quite impressive!
